Scott M. Rounds, MAOM EFO CFOD Consultant    Scott specializes in Emergency Services consulting. Starting his career as an EMT in 1978 he became a Certified Emergency Paramedic in Arizona in 1979. In 1982 Scott joined the City of Chandler Fire Department, a CFAI accredited agency. Retiring in 2004 as a Battalion Chief, Scott accepted a position with the Town of Buckeye Fire Department west of Phoenix, as a Battalion Chief and soon became the Fire Chief. Scott retired in the summer of 2009 as the Assistant Town Manager, and Director of Public Safety for the Town of Buckeye. Currently Scott is continuing his education, pursuing his Doctorate in Orginizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix. He is expected to graduate in 2011.
